CRIMINAL  JUSTICE  SYSTEM

The Criminal Justice System in India is that the system or the court for criminals to fight for an effort.

This method ensures Law and Order within the country.

The criminal justice system is established to take care of law and order and control crime.

There are other ways through which criminal justice process and that they are:

State Criminal Justice- 

This body takes care of a selected state and crime committing in this state.

Federal Criminal Justice- 

This judicial organization provides justice to federal parts of India and also deals with one or more states cases.

Therefore these two are the Judiciary ways to process a criminal trial.

Hence the jurisdiction or that area is accountable for a criminal matter in this boundary.

FIVE COMPONENT PLAY  A VERY IMPORTANT ROLE IN THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM:

1. LAW ENFORCEMENT- 

The officers of law enforcement agencies make the official report about the crimes in their regional area. They also founded an investigation and protect the criminal evidence.

2. DEFENCE ATTORNEY- 

The defence attorney is that the defence lawyers who represent the defendant within the court against the state. Defendant hires these lawyer for the court trial.

3. PROSECUTION-

The prosecution is that the lawyer who defends the state or the centralized and not the victim. They review the pieces of evidence brought by an enforcement body. They choose whether to hold allegations or go down the case.

4. COURTS- 

Judges are those who make a call in courts. they're the very best body of justice. They decide whether to release the offender before the trial and also accept or reject the plea agreement, overseas trials, and sentence convicted offenders.

5. CORRECTIONS-

The duty of correction officers is to form sure the facilities that hold offender are secure and safe. Their duty is also to maintain custody of the criminal or accused. 

OBJECTIVES OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM:

(a) to keep up law and order within the society.

(b) To punish the criminals.

(c) Prevent the offender from committing a criminal offence in future.

(d) Prevent the occurrence of crime.
